   There are no fees for joining. You will however be required to pay 20% of the project value as a listing fee to get your project listed and sent across to agencies. This is to ensure that there are no frivolous briefs. The amount is adjusted against your final project payment when you award the job to an agency.
4. What is the validity period once I register?
   All project briefs are posted online for a period of 7 days allowing sufficient time for agencies to respond. If you need your proposal on an urgent basis, you are requested to contact Agencyonnet account manager assigned to your project who would help you in this regard.
5. Why are you asking me for a budgetary estimate?
   A budgetary estimate helps to ensure that when agencies submit their proposal they structure it around your budgetary estimate. This ensures that you get the most effective suggestions for the budget that you have in mind. Without a budgetary estimate agencies would often give you plan which are either too sub optimal or too expensive for you.
6. Why do I have to pay a fee for listing my project brief?
   We want to ensure that Agencyonnet is only for the serious buyer and seller of marketing, advertising and digital services. By asking clients to pay a small listing fee for putting up a project brief we ensure that only serious buyers submit their requests online. This ensures that agencies to whom the requests are sent to, take it equally seriously.
7. Why do I have to pay advances for the projects?
   Paying advances and making payments on time for your projects ensure that the cost of money is not built into the proposals submitted by agencies. All agencies registered with Agencyonnet are guaranteed 100% their payments. This ensures that they treat every request for proposals from clients extremely seriously. They know it to be genuine and they know that they will be paid for the same. This is our way to ensure that both the client and the agency have a win-win beneficial transaction.
8. How do you ensure that the advance I pay is protected?
   All payments received by us on account of a project is held in escrow by us until the project is completed. Agencies are paid only basis agreed milestones that is agreed upon by the client and the agency and always on approval by the client.
9. What happens if I cancel the job after it is posted online?
   You can withdraw your project brief at any time before the deadline for submission of proposals by agencies without any penalty and get back your listing fee 100%. However should you cancel your job after you have received proposals, the listing fee is retained by Agencyonnet
10. What if the agency I select does not deliver on the project?
    In the unlikely event of an agency not delivering on a project for reasons beyond force majeure, it will become the responsibility of Agencyonnet to ensure delivery of the project for the client at no additional cost. The erring agency is also penalized and may in some cases be blacklisted by us. As a client in no way will you ever need to worry about project execution once the job is awarded.
11. How many agencies do you have registered in Agencyonnet?
    We receive hundreds of requests daily from agencies desirous of joining agencyonnet. This number will only grow as we expand our operations to many more markets.
12. How do I submit project briefs?
    To submit briefs, you need to complete an online project brief form and pay the listing fee as prescribed
13. Can I submit more than 1 project brief?
    You can submit as many project briefs as you like. However each project brief must be accompanied by its own listing fee as prescribed.
14. I am not sure how to write a project brief. Can you help?
    Absolutely! Every brief that you post is first reviewed by an account manager who will be in touch with you in case further information is required. Our account managers would help you write the brief for you in such cases. In case you are simply seeking advice on any aspect of marketing, advertising or digital marketing you can turn to our expert panel of professionals and seek their telephonic help.
15. What happens when after I have submitted a project brief?
    Once you have submitted your brief, the brief is examined by our account managers. In case if we need further clarifications, we will be in touch with you. Otherwise the brief is approved and sent over to the agencies whose skill sets match your project brief requirement. A deadline of 7 days is given for agencies to submit their proposals.
16. How do I pay?
    For paying your listing fee you can make use of our payment gateway provided by us. For all other payments you will be required to wire transfer the money into our bank account. 18. My project brief involves work being done in a foreign country. Do I have to pay in my local currency or in foreign currency?
    You will make all your payments to Agencyonnet in either INR or in USD depending on the country in which your business primarily operates in. We will be adding more currency options at a later stage for your convenience.
19. Who will provide me a bill for the project being executed?
    You will receive an invoice from Agencyonnet for the services rendered to you.
20. How do you handle taxes?
    The pricing given by agencies to you are inclusive of all taxes.
21. I am also looking for more clients. Can I also be an agency on Agencyonnet?
    Yes. We have several clients who are also looking for additional business and have registered as agencies.

10. What happens after I have submitted a proposal?
    Once you have submitted your proposal, Agencyonnet would review your proposal to see that it matches with the client brief. Depending on the client’s brief to us, we would either be submitting all proposals submitted by agencies or preparing a shortlist of the best 5 such proposals and sharing the same with the client.
11. How do I know if I have won the project?
    In the happy event of yours being the winning proposal, you will be intimated via email of the same. The same would also be reflecting in your dashboard. An agencyonnet account manager would be in touch with you once you have won to take the discussion forward.
12. How do I get paid?
    You will get paid once you have successfully completed the project to the client’s satisfaction. Your payment will be transferred directly to your bank account.
13. What happens if I am unable to execute the project?
    If you are unable to execute a project for reasons beyond a force majeure event it is a serious offense which we would like to strongly discourage. You will charged a penalty of to 10% of the project value which will be paid to the client as a’ make good ‘. In the event that this is not paid by you, you will be removed from the list of registered agencies on Agencyonnet. It is our endeavor here at Agencyonnet to ensure that we have professional and ethical practices observed by all our stakeholders. We are sure that as an agency you will appreciate that not executing a project after taking it on does inconvenience the client and you will have no objection to making good for the same.
14. What happens if the client stops work midway in the project?
    In the unlikely event that the project is cancelled, stopped or withdrawn midway for reasons beyond force majeure, Agencyonnet will ensure that the agency is compensated for the project suitably for work done till date. Our payment guarantee will ensure that agencies are not inconvenienced in any manner whatsoever for work done by them on behalf of a client.
15. What happens if the client contacts me directly for the next project?
    If a client contacts you directly for another project it indicates that you did a remarkable job on the first one! And we are extremely happy for you. However please note that as per the terms and conditions that you sign when you register with us all work executed by you for the same client will be treated as additional work of Agencyonnet and therefore you should include the 5% fee payable to us in your pricing to the client. You will run the risk of being removed from the list of agencies should this not happen and we are sure that this is something that you would not want! We are sure that 5% is a significantly small amount for you to pay considering the benefits that accrue to you in terms of payment guarantee that we bring to the table. We are sure that these far outweigh the risks that you may face in payment collection from the client
16. Will I get briefs for projects outside my country?
    From international clients? Yes. That’s a significant advantage that only agencyonnet can bring to your doorstep. Clients in your country could be looking for agencies in their country to help them expand their marketing, advertising or digital efforts globally. At the same time there could be many clients looking to expand themselves in your country and seeking a strong local agency to help them. 17. If I do a job for an international client will I get paid in dollars?
    The currency of international trade today is the dollar. If you are an agency located in India you will be paid in INR irrespective of the client country. If you are an agency located outside of India you will be paid in dollars irrespective of the client country.
18. Who do I bill for my services?
    You will bill Agencyonnet for your service. This is largely a pass through billing as you will bill us exactly the amount the client has agreed to pay for your service less the 5% of our fees.
19. How do you handle the taxation aspect for my services?
    Taxes would need to be included in toto along with the pricing that you provide to the client. Likewise for the invoice that you raise to us.
20. I have a requirement for a service, can I also be a client on Agencyonnet?
    Yes. Many of the firms registered with us are both clients as well as agencies.
21. Can I also be a Professional Expert?

This money is held in escrow by us and will be paid out to agencies and expert professionals on successful completion of the project.
10. Will one registration work across all countries?
    Yes. At present your registration will work across all countries. However agencyonnet may change this as the base of clients, agency and expert professionals grow.
11. What does Agencyonnet earn its fees?
    Agencyonnet earns its fees in three parts. One we charge agencies a small annual fee which allows them to access new clients worldwide. Secondly we charge a small percentage of 5% of the project value as our fees for providing this marketplace service. Thirdly we charge 35% of the fees payable to our panel of expert professional as our fees.
12. How do you treat taxes?
    Taxes payable by clients are in-built into the final cost and price chargeable for the projects or expert professional advice. Agencyonnet would be raising an invoice to clients and similarly taking an invoice from agencies and professional experts for their services. All pricing necessarily need to include the taxes applicable for the services being rendered.
